We understand the impact mold can have on your health and home. With our licensed mold assessor’s thorough inspection and critical testing of the affected mold-damaged areas, we can clearly outline the best solution for its removal.

Our licensed mold assessors inspect the damaged areas using thermal cameras and moisture meters, test the air and surfaces in the damaged areas to help determine the condition of the environment, and compile a protocol report to help bring the damaged areas back to pre-loss conditions. OUR PROCESS

STEP 1

Visual inspection including a moisture evaluation with thermal cameras and moisture meters to determine which affected building materials are dry and which ones are wet.
STEP 2

Microbial testing of the air and surfaces in the affected areas. All samples are sent to an independent third-party laboratory for analysis.
STEP 3

A mold protocol is developed with the sample interpretation and recommendations for removal and cleaning of the affected areas.
STEP 4

After the remediation is completed, we come back to perform a clearance test of the affected areas including additional mold testing and another visual inspection to help ensure the remediation has been a success.
