In Central Florida, the AC Runs the Air, and the Problems
For most of the year in Lakeland, the air conditioning is the single biggest influence on indoor air, and that cuts both ways. A system that runs constantly moves and filters air, but one that is oversized, aging, or poorly maintained condenses moisture, feeds mold, and circulates whatever it picks up.
Because these contributors overlap, our air quality testing evaluates them together: mold spores, VOCs and formaldehyde, humidity, allergens, and particulates. We also evaluate the HVAC system as both a source and the distribution path, so the report says what is present, at what level, and why.
