Rebuilt Buildings Have Their Own Air Quality Profile
A market that has rebuilt at scale has an air quality signature of its own. New drywall, flooring, cabinetry, adhesives, paint, and furnishings all off-gas VOCs and formaldehyde for months, and they went into a great many Lee County buildings at once. At the same time, moisture left behind in repaired assemblies feeds mold, and HVAC systems fighting Gulf humidity condense and circulate whatever they fail to filter.
Because those contributors overlap, a single reading answers nothing. Our air quality testing evaluates them together, mold spores, VOCs and formaldehyde, humidity, allergens, and particulates, and evaluates the HVAC system as both a source and the distribution path, so the report says what is present, at what level, and why.
